Kerrin represents families in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 meetings with school and district administration, and in hearings before the Massachusetts Department of Education, as needed.

  • Doug advises insurance carriers, agencies, and related service providers on a wide range of matters involving product development, distribution, marketing, and regulatory compliance.

    He has broad experience across many sectors of the insurance industry, including life insurance, annuities, Medicare Advantage, health insurance, and property & casualty insurance.

    Doug guides clients through, and represents them in, examinations, inquiries, investigations, and enforcement matters brought by various federal and state regulators.

  • Doug advises insurance companies, agencies, and related service providers on telemarketing, email, and other digital marketing campaigns to help ensure compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Telemarketing Sales Rule, Can-Spam Act, and related state laws. He has deep experience in defending TCPA claims and litigation.

  • Doug has conducted internal investigations for companies across the insurance, securities, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries involving a wide range of sales, marketing, and operations issues. Doug has considerable experience in conducting interviews, analyzing electronic data, reporting findings to executive leadership, advising on remediation, and handling regulatory self-reporting, as needed.

  • Doug advises insurance companies, agencies, and broker-dealers on noncompete, nonsolicitation, release policy, and trade secret issues involving incoming and departing financial professionals.
